The Ministry Mechanics helped us with logistical and practical issues. They helped us design our space to get the most out of it and think of things that we simply didn’t think of. Partnering with The Ministry Mechanics will be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.

1. Define Your Goals

A coaching journey always begins with clear goals and expectations. Having a destination in mind is critical to success. Once those goals have been established, we'll craft a plan and process to work towards the objectives you have as a church or as a leader. Dream big! This is a safe spot where it's ok to share your biggest and boldest "God-Sized" plans for the future. We totally understand what it means to have a dream. If you're struggling to define your goals, we'll help you learn how to develop your vision and put it on paper.

2. Develop A Schedule

Regular communication is critical to developing a coaching relationship. Typically we work on weekly or bi-weekly schedule and we'll connect for 1-2 hours each time. If a situation, challenge or question arise in the meantime, you'll have our personal contact information. We're just a phone call, text or email away from walking through whatever challenge you're facing.

3. Build For The Future

The journey of coaching is not always easy. Self and organizational awareness are not for the faint of heart. If you're willing to have hard conversations without all the emotions that come with introspection, you will see some of the biggest gains you've ever had during your time as a leader. Every time you meet with one of The Ministry Mechanics, we want to see you take real steps toward the vision and mission that God has give directly to you!
